Norton Anti Virus vs. UTDCv20b.DLL
For people who have Norton virus software and have problem install UTDC from Unreal tournament server:
I installed UTDC from Unreal Tournament server. Then shut down Unreal Tournament server for installing UTDC. Norton prompted me, said Bloodhound.W32.EP is virus and Norton deleted
UTDCv20b.DLL . I could not install UTDC.
I had to turn off Norton auto protection and Internet Worm protection then installed UTDC. But when I enable Norton auto and Internet worm protection back on Norton delete name file UTDCv20b.DLL.
My friend found web site about Norton Anti Virus vs. UTDCv20b.DLL.
SOLUTION:
http://service1.symantec.com/Support/nav.nsf/docid/199829164436
My friend could not find file name UTDCv20b.DLL because Norton had already deleted that file name UTDCv20b.DLL. So I had to turn off Norton auto protection and Internet worm protection again. She told me not to turn back on Norton protection yet wait till done install UTDC. Then I went go back to UT server to install UTDC again. My friend found name file UTDCv20b.DLL. She followed the instruction SOLUTION at http://service1.symantec.com/Support/nav.nsf/docid/199829164436
She helped me open Norton protection Center.
Then test UT play, was successful install UDTC! Then I went to Norton auto protection and Internet worm protection back on. Now it is finally success install UTDC. Hahahah.

Very well Biggi very good explanation about the UTDCv20, you help me much with this, thank you very much biggi !
I am going to explain some things but about of the UTDCV20b, as the UTDCV20b says to Biggi very well is a program that has some problems with the antivirus, Firewall and some programs of tracking of cokies, spams, worms, Toyan, Spy, etc. The UTDCv20b is a beta version that this being even proven finally to remove a full version from the UTDCv20, I hope the full version of UTDCv20 not show alls it problems.
We saw ourselves in the necessity to use the beta version of the UTDCv20 until he manages himself to finalize the completed version, this we made it to restrain the entrance of some Chetaer who become the graceful ones or simply they look for to irritate to guests, members or admins, to my in the personnel do not irritate me much, all the opposite make me feel good when the banned them forever.
Any problem that some guest presented with the new UTDCv20 simply cleans you UnrealTournament or reinstall again from 0, another thing you can off you firewall, antivirus, antispy, etc. We will not remove this new version of UTDC from our server !.
Although in our server never we will feel like insurances, although we have many Anticheats, but I can point that we have training in detecting Chetaers, single it is enough to play with them a pair of maps and knowledge very instantaneously that something walks abnormal in the game, also you would will be banned, our server is publish server but with admission right this means that we also choose that enters and who leaves !
