if you have not wireless Also you use cable internet or ethernet connection
ISP server
turn off cable modem or dsl modem
wait for 10 second be sure shut down computer
then turn on cable or dsl modem on then turn on
computer after u see light is blinking
then turn on computer hope it will boost your
interent speed it WORKS for me sometime I have same
promlem too

I am checking you are still open msn online. you should shut down computer and power & plug off from wall socket. i am wronging NO 10 secound. also wait for 10 MINUTES ..... If still problem. have you call your internet Terra NW Chile
