Like Novato said...
The key is in the patience and a lot of play in the server.
When the admins will think you can enter the team they will send you an email with all the informations.
You're a good player so I don't think you will have to wait very long before getting news concerning your acceptation in our team. 
Till then you can play with us and kick our butt
